3rd Skill Option when Command Max Level

Whenever a Wielder levels they are offered three options: two skill choices and Command. When Command is fully leveled, you are only presented with two options. I suggest gaining a third Skill option instead of a blank space.

I love this idea! It gives extra incentive for maxing out Command too.
