Keep all view options on while another player's turn is happening

Current online multiplayer can take a long time until it's my turn again... why is everything grey and no viewing allowed? Let me see kingdom income, prices of all my buildings, populations of my units available for recruiting in all my settlements, available wielders - just without being able to act!
