Mini Map Improvement

- Add option to resize/enlarge minimap
- Add option to turn on/off some minimap indicators (hero, settlement, neutral dwelling, production site, artifact, quest/objective, etc)
- Better indicators for those above (it's difficult to distinguish terrain with settlements/production sites)
- Add option to turn off minimap background (turn it to black/white, so indicators more visible)
- Add signal/flare for multiplayer (only for teammate)

And an option to put this mini-map in the full screen, it would be a way to have a quick look on the essentials data of all the map

A team's color on the mini-map icons should be bordered with a different color (like when a city is highlighted currently). Like a white outline, that turns yellow when selected/highlighted

On the minimap your own settlements are barely visible.
Especially the green icons on green background are very hard to spot.

In general, the minimap is not very readible at the moment, maybe a complete remake with suggestions as above?
