[Map Editor] Custom size on maps

Give us the option to choose map size when creating maps.

This way we can use even numbers instead of odd numbers. At the moment you need four tiles out on two sides and three tiles out on the other sides.

I would also like the option to edit the X/Y-axis individually, eg. 32x64.
