Loth Necromancy Rework

The current Loth Necromancy has 3 huge issues. It's too hard to get the Risen, they're too expensive and they actively penalize you by way of momentum.

To fix this I suggest this rework:
Make it so that all Loth wielders have an innate skill called "Necromancy".
This skill makes it so that at the start of each battle a single stack of [X] Risen spawn in on an unoccupied troop spawn on the battlefield. These troops does not exist out of combat, nor do they grant essence or trigger enemy momentum.
They'd be disposable in every sense of the word as they stop existing when the battle ends, and a fresh batch is spawned in the next combat, every combat.

This has several benefits.
(1) The necromancer could stop being a mana battery and could be made to either increase the numbers of Risen in your Risen stack, or should it be dead make a new one.
(2) The Undead would be a core part of Loth identity and not just a niche army choice.
(3) Undead-centric armies would be able to use Risen too.
