Add the extra trait some units gain from research upgrades to their Codex Entry

Some units have an additional trait gained from tier 3 research upgrade, Fae Ragers quick, Protecters Shielded, Dreath Stealthy etc. I think it would be handy to see that in the Unit entry for the Codex with a descriptor so explain its gained via research and not available as per default.
