Add dwarf/viking faction

I believe with the art style they would fit perfectly. Their background could be snow. I thought of some cool units, like bear riders, rune priests, berserkers, shield maidens, wolf/ fenrir, Jotunn/ ice jotunn, valkyrie. With vikings you have many possibilities.
