Marketplace should have sliders for amount to sell, clicking +5 multiple times is not user friendly.

great and simple idea! :)

I do think that a mix of both is the best. Clicking 1resorce makes it better for fine-tuning the amount you want to sell/buy and slides are good for selling/buying big amounts. Like if you want to sell all of your wood.
