Steam Workshop when game is out of EA
I love games with mod support or in general easy mod-able games. Like Skyrim, Fallout 4, Rimworld,... which add tons of stuff or "quality of life" changes or whatever. Just for some people like me who like their games "personalised" for them self is this kind of thing a true blessing.

Duncan McFarlaneAgree with InsideZane's suggestion. Being able to make player made maps is nice, but doesn't really qualify as mod-able. full mod-ability of spells, units, buildings, allowing creating new ones and modding game mechanics etc would

Flippy@Smok Mod.io is ok for such a thing as mods. But not for actual game features. Using a third party tool to navigate content that's featured in the game, over using a platform's own tools(which are much better navigation wise anyway) is as unintuitive as it gets.
