Add unit specialization skills

First of all, let me say that i love the system of unit caps. First i was little bit shocked by that, as I was used in creating legions of petty skeletons in *similar games* but because of maximum number per unit, player can do much more versatile and original armies without loss of viability.

Why not add some wielder skills specializating on specific units? I found some wielders too similar, because they start with different skills and stats, but there is no big problem in getting those skills and stats of different characters. Why not add option of specialization, lets say on level 10, where the wielder can choose "favourite unit" or "unit specialisation" ?

That would caused even greater army diversity, because some units would be stronger with one wielder, and others with different one. Some other specialisation choices could be made like: Melee OR Range, Attack OR Deffense and other stuff.

example: Frog Master - Hunters and Storm Guards gains 1 atk per wielder level.
