Combat - Add "Wait" and "Defend" to unit combat options
Still getting the hang of this game but I dislike the fact that I have only move/attack as the only combat actions allowed. 'Wait' is needed so that a unit can skip its turn until all other units have had their turn. It is particularly useful to ranged units as enemy units can move, during the unit turn progression, nearer the ranged unit making the ranged unit more effective.
'Defend' is needed because it should grant a defensive bonus (+5 defense ?). Sometimes I don't want to move and attacking from high ground with a weak unit would get the unit killed and remove the benefit of hindering enemy movement. Better that weak unit take as many attackers out defending to the last.
