Clickable arrows to scroll between towns in rally points

Currently the rally point is kinda slow to use because you need 2 clicks to change from a city to another. Adding up and down arrows to change the desired city would be a great addition.
We can also imagine hidding cities with no troops to recruit to avoid loosing time checking them
