Add magic to remove negative spells from your units

WillI dont like how in HOMM you could cast oodles of cool spells, but then a lvl1 dispel could remove it all. So I think a dispel would need to be pretty expensive, or some with some other penalty like casting it makes your next spell cost more.

EskelTrue, but now one spell can counter your entire army composition. (Aegis for example)
