Troop upgrades for "Musician" type troops should improve their ability, not stats

Musicians have a status of being a "support" troop, as such, their troop upgrades should reflect this.

Either increase the existing bonuses they grant by their ability or they gain new ones as upgrades are researched.

The strength of musicians lies in having more than 1 stack of them in order to stack their buff. imo increasing their stats is good because they are also relatively strong for their tier.

Musician units can be just as strong as non-musician ones, it's your tactical choice to attack with them or have a backline of them.
