Add official 8-players maps

Sometimes we just want to crash more IA with some buds on hoatseat.

but you can already create them via the map editor. 8 is already the max nb of players/AI.
and im sure the devs will add some official maps like this too. but bigger maps takes more time

Changed title to "Add official 8-players maps" as I think this is what OP was referring to. Custom/community made maps already support 8 players.
