Add an exchange buttons for all troops and worn artifacts in the exchange menu between heroes

I often need to transfer all worn artifacts and troops from the main hero to a secondary one for a few battles. And after that, pass them back to the main.

In order to do that, I have to do twice:
- Drag artifacts from the №1 hero to the №2;
- Take out artifacts that were on the №2 from his inventory and drag them on the №1.

In HoMM 3 HotA there are separate buttons for quick exchange of worn artifacts and for exchange of troops. Very convenient and proven solution.
