Allow access to information while out of turn
Would it be possible to allow the player to lookup more things while out of turn?
I believe it would be useful to be able to see wielder and building details, see wielder movement range and probably many other things that would allow you to plan your next turn better.
Basically allow for everything what is available while in turn, just block actually committing any action.
Seeing spells out of turn in battle would also help with the decision.
What's weird is that for the very first turn, if started as a waiting player in multiplayer, wielder and additional icons on the right are visible.

PfilhTotally needed, the game is changing as it gets better and we are learning, so friends turns may be long. allowing us to navigate the town and get access to differents info would allow us to plan in advance and not take time during our turn.
planning while other play and play while you play ^^ -

SkwaraFrom what I can observe, I had a different functionality in mind, compared to what has been implemented.
Yes, I have the UI, but it doesn't give me all the information. Honestly, I rarely use the buttons in the top right, as I still have to click the empty lots to see what can I build and how much does it cost. Same thing for unit recruitment.
Although what was implemented is an improvement, I believe much more could be achieved. If it's technically hard to implement off-turn interactions with city buildings and empty lots, maybe it would make sense to add missing functionality to the UI in the top right? I'm thinking about building on empty lots via the UI and recruiting units. It would give an extra way for interaction, if someone doesn't mind the additional abstraction, and we would get access to more info out of turn for free.
Do you think that makes sense?
