Clearly indicate amount of movement consumed before actions on campaign map

Increase the size of the movement wheel and indicate how much will be consumed in the wheel when a player is planning out their movements. I know the little dots are there but they are really tough to use.

This would be a really neat QoL change. Could also work with a hotkey, possibly as an addition to the current extra information provided by holding down left alt.
