Visible glow/indicators for un-visited and visited buildings/interactable in-game map objects.
Provide an option in Settings to enable/disable an outer glow on interactable objects on the in-game map. Currently when you hover over a building/object, a gold/yellow outer glow is visible and shows visited/claimed in the info box. Including an option to enable outer glow on objects (green for unvisited/unclaimed and red for visited/claimed) will help for accessibility for players who have difficulty with their sight.

Pete MergedReally enjoying the game. A suggestion that would make it better for me - could an option be added to locations which indicate whether or not your hero can visit a particular landmark? It would make it much easier for me to see at a glance which landmarks I should be stopping at (like signposts, or places of power) if I could have a small red cross at the bottom of places that I've already been to.
I know this is available if I mouse over it (and since writing this I've been made aware of using Alt to show details for all locations) but would be nice to have an option to see this at a glance without having to hover my mouse over everything. And it could be optional, so that players who like the existing system don't need to use it. -

Papa Pasda' MergedThey could be glowing with some yellow aura and a notification pop up to show us where it is when we click it

KS MergedThe graphic already changes. For example, in the orchard, you can see the apples on the tree. I like that it's subtle. I wouldn't want to look around the map and see a sea of glowing map locations...

Smok MergedRestocking treasuries should gradually change their visuals every turn until fully restocked. It is immersive way to help players keep track of them.

Duncan McFarlane MergedWould be nice - but you can see when you can get resources from them again by mousing over with a wielder selected and if it's in view range for the wielder it'll say "pick up". I think it's a week for all of the ones that give resources

Clean&Clear MergedYeah we should be able to see the cooldown on click/hover.
Visually the way Bubbling Bog does it atm is the best, you can clearly see when the location is refreshed and ready to use. It would be great to have it like that for all cd based locations. -

Rick Rubenstein MergedI find myself spending a lot of time repeatedly hovering my mouse over a site (e.g. orchard) to see if it's available to visit, because I can't remember if (or how recently) I already went there. It would be very useful if structures had a "no point in visiting this now" grey filter or some other indicator visible without needing to hover.

CidI have a hard time seeing the little intermittent sparkles on unvisited objects so some kind of highlight would be very useful for me. Some objects are also very small and I completely miss them.

JluilI really think this is very important for visual clarity as currently it is very hard to distinguish which objects are interactable and which aren't.
Currently I use ALT all the time to avoid this issue.
Really the easiest fix would be to add outlines to interactable objects like OP suggested - imo black border for interactable and gray/dark-red for already visited would best fit with the game.
Since the yellow outline on hover is already in game this should be easy to implement...
