Allow for upgrade on recruit screen

The pool of separate unupgraded/upgraded units is tedious. Currently, to recruit an unupgraded unit(in town with upgrade avaible) to an army when I have an upgraded unit in the slots we have to do:
1. move the upgraded unit to the settlement defense
2. recruit an unupgraded unit
3. upgrade it on a separate screen
4. enter the defense screen again
5. move the upgraded units I left there back to army.

This whole operation would be shortened if we would be able to upgrade them on the recruitment screen so they would jump into the upgraded units pool.

This would be great. As things are, you have to buy base unit, then change tabs to upgrade, then go back and buy the upgraded version just to get the full upgraded stack.

This is definitely needed, the process as it is now is quite a chore. And it effectively prevents you from getting a unit when you only have the unupgraded one in the pool (leftover from before you upgraded the building), you have all the slots in your garrison filled with something else and your wielder only has the upgraded unit type with them and no free slots. I haven't played that many hours yet and it already happened to me a quite few times. This could be an intended mechanic, but I would say it would not be a good one, feels unnecessary restrictive imo.
I think the pool for unupgraded and upgraded units of the same type should be shared in a settlement, even between multiple buildings, and when buying the unit you would just choose which variant to buy.

To add to that, it currently costs almost 1.5 as much gold to buy the regular version and upgrade it, than to buy the upgraded troop directly. I feel like that's too much, maybe 1.2 or even 1.1 would be enough to promote upgrading all the dwellings instead of, for example, sitting on 1 Upgraded shaman tent and 2 regular shaman tents and upgrading all shamans through that one building.

the upgrades, to actually upgrade abunch of recruits isn't 75% off or anything, it's the full price of the upgraded troops. it really sets you back.

I fully agree, the town management needs rework. I dont understand why cant I buy upgraded version of the unit as soon as i upgrade the building. I also would appreciate if I could build buidlings from the central buildings also. Now I need to click to all building sites separately . I think I should be able to manage whole settlement from one place (like in HOMAM), now it is too unintuitive

This is really important! all troop control, buying, upgrading etc should be possible to hande in one screen, not multiple tabs.
